Nozzle heaters are engineered to deliver consistent heat in the tightest, most thermally demanding part of an injection moulding machine – the nozzle. Because nozzles are exposed to high mechanical stress and frequent contact with mould plates, our nozzle heaters are built for durability as much as performance.
Construction
Available as coil-type designs that wrap tightly around the nozzle body, or as sealed mica variants for applications needing protection from moisture and material splatter. Both styles support tight bend radii and can be supplied with integrated thermocouples for closed-loop temperature control.
