Ceramic furnace heaters are built to withstand the extreme, continuous-duty temperatures found in industrial furnaces, kilns and heat-treatment equipment, where reliability at high temperature is non-negotiable.
Construction
We manufacture ceramic bobbin heaters and bundle rod heaters using high-temperature resistance wire wound on or through ceramic insulators, plus metallic heating elements and silicon carbide elements for the very highest temperature ranges. Furnace coil heaters complete the range for applications needing a wound, high-surface-area configuration.
Key Features
- Engineered for continuous high-temperature operation
- Silicon carbide elements available for extreme-temperature furnace zones
- Bundle rod design allows easy element replacement without rewiring the furnace
- Custom lengths, diameters and resistance values to match your furnace controller
Typical Applications
Industrial furnaces, heat-treatment ovens, ceramic and glass kilns, and high-temperature laboratory equipment.
