Billing

How do I pay?
Card internationally, UPI and netbanking in India, or crypto. Card details are handled by the provider and never reach our servers.
Can I change plan mid-month?
Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the end of the period, so you keep what you paid for.
What happens if a payment fails?
You keep trading through a three-day grace period while we retry and email you. After that the license is suspended and every connector on it stops within one poll. Nothing is deleted.
What counts as an account?
One MetaTrader account number bound to your licenses. Two connector instances on the same account number for two strategies still count as one.
Do you charge tax?
GST or VAT is added where the law requires it, based on your billing country. Add your business number at checkout and it appears on every invoice.
