Terms of service

1. What the service is
Bridge receives alert messages you send from third-party charting software, validates them, and makes them available to MetaTrader terminals running our connector under your license. It is execution software. It does not generate signals, give advice, or manage money.
2. Your account
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. You are responsible for your credentials, your License IDs and your license secrets, and for everything done through them. Turn on two-factor authentication.
3. Acceptable use
Do not resell, sublicense or redistribute the connector, share a license across accounts you do not own, bypass licensing or rate limits, probe the service without permission, or use it in breach of your broker's or prop firm's rules.
4. Availability
We target 99.9% monthly availability of the ingest and delivery path, excluding announced maintenance and failures outside our control including your broker, terminal, connection and alert provider. We do not guarantee that any individual signal will be delivered or executed.
5. Trading risk
You are responsible for every order in your account, including orders placed by software acting on your instructions. Software fails, brokers reject orders, markets gap. Never run this on capital you cannot afford to lose. See the risk disclosure.
6. Payment
Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Prices exclude tax unless stated. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades apply at period end. Failed payments enter a grace period, after which the license is suspended. See the refund policy.
7. Suspension
We may suspend a license immediately for credential sharing, webhook abuse, chargeback fraud, or activity that threatens the service for other customers. Where practical we contact you first.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profit or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes and termination
We may change these terms with notice by email and on this page. Cancel any time from the portal. On termination your data is retained for 30 days, then deleted.
