The trial comes first
Every plan starts with a seven-day free trial, full features, no card. It exists so you can prove the service works with your broker, your symbols and your strategy before money changes hands.
Monthly subscriptions
If the service does not work as described and we cannot fix it, write within 7 days of the charge and we refund that period in full. No refunds for change of mind after the trial, for trading losses, or for periods already used without a reported fault.
Lifetime purchases
Refundable within 14 days provided the license has not executed more than 50 signals. After that the purchase is final.
Never refundable
- Trading losses of any kind, including losses from a signal that executed exactly as instructed.
- Losses caused by your broker, your prop firm's rules, your VPS or your connection.
- Charges on a license suspended for breach of the terms.
How to request one
Email support@tradelinqr.com from your account address with the invoice reference and a description of the fault. Approved refunds return to the original method, usually in 5 to 10 business days.
