A migration on the analytics tables locked reads for the portal. Signal ingest and delivery were never affected and no execution was delayed. Migrations of that size now run against a replica first.

An upstream network event added roughly 400 ms for terminals polling from one region. Signals were delivered, late but inside their time-to-live. Nothing expired.
