Privacy policy
Last updated 2026. Between you and TradeLinqr, covering your use of Bridge.
What we collect
- Account data — email, name, country, and a password hash.
- Trading metadata — the alert messages you send, how they parsed, the account numbers you bind, broker and server names, balance and equity snapshots, and execution results.
- Technical data — IP address, terminal build, connector version and timestamps, for security and for diagnosing delivery problems.
- Billing data — plan, invoices and a payment reference held by the provider. We never receive card numbers.
What we do not collect
We never ask for and cannot use your MetaTrader password or investor password. The connector places orders from inside your own terminal; we hold no broker credentials.
Why we hold it
To run the service, to show you why a signal did or did not execute, to bill you, to detect abuse, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use your trading data to trade.
Retention
Signal and execution history for the retention window of your plan. Account and billing records as long as the law requires. On deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days.
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, field-level encryption of license secrets, API keys and two-factor seeds, encrypted off-site backups with a tested restore, and access limited to the fewest people who need it.
Your rights
Export or delete your data from the portal, or write to support@tradelinqr.com. Where you have statutory data rights, those rights apply and we honour them within the statutory period.
Processors
Third parties for hosting, email, payments and error monitoring. Each receives only what it needs, and none receives your trading history for its own purposes.
